Just some thoughts

Buffalo mozzarella kicks regular mozzarella's butt. Heavenly. Italians don't have shredded mozzarella like we do. Just fresh. Which is amazing of course, but sometimes, you want shredded mozzarella.

These are my some thoughts, which, of course, are not really mine. So perhaps it would be better to say, "some thoughts of the Lord's, conveyed to me through Scripture":

Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her. And there I will give her vineyards, and make the Valley of Achor a door of hope. And there she shall answer as in the days of her youth, as at the time when she came out of the land of Egypt. And in that day, says the LORD, you will call me, 'My husband,' and no longer will you call me, 'My Ba'al.' For I will remove the names of the Ba'als from her mouth, and they shall be mentioned by name no more. And I will make for you a covenant on that day with the beast of the field, the birds of the air, and the creeping things of the ground; and I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land; and I will make you lie down in safety. And I will betroth you to me for ever; I will betroth you to me in righteousness and in justice, in steadfast love, and in mercy. I will betroth you to me in faithfulness; and you shall know the LORD.
~ Hosea 2:14-20 (a perennial favorite)

Therefore the LORD waits to be gracious to you; therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the LORD is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.
~ Isaiah 30: 18

All wisdom comes from the Lord and is with him forever... The Lord himself created wisdom; he saw her and apportioned her, he poured her out upon all his works. She dwells with all flesh according to his gift, and he supplied her to those who love him.
~ Sirach 1: 1, 9-10

I am going to invest myself in Sirach for now. I will read a chapter a day. The first chapter is so beautiful I can't even stand it! I know there are some of you who will be reading this who don't accept Sirach as part of the canon. There is still benefit to reading it, despite traditions of canonicity you hold. I've honestly never read it in it's entirety, so I will now.

Well, those are my thoughts.
